Purchases & Digital Products
All products sold by JaysModz are digital products or digital services. Once an order has been completed, a licence/key has been delivered, or access has been granted, the sale is considered final.

No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued because you changed your mind, purchased the incorrect product, failed to read the product description, cannot correctly configure your system, experience temporary downtime, or no longer wish to use the service.

Product Availability
Software and online services may occasionally become unavailable because of updates, maintenance, technical problems, third-party changes, or circumstances outside our control. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Licence & Account Use
Purchases are intended for the original customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not share, sell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, leak, or provide your access credentials or licence to another person without written permission.

Abuse & Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a customer has abused our services, attempted to compromise our systems, shared restricted material, committed fraud, initiated an illegitimate payment dispute, or violated these Terms.

Compatibility
Customers are responsible for checking product requirements and compatibility before purchasing. Updates to Windows, games, hardware, third-party software, or other platforms may temporarily affect compatibility.

Support
Support is provided through our official support channels. Customers are expected to follow supplied instructions and troubleshooting guides before requesting assistance.

Third-Party Services
JaysModz is not responsible for actions, restrictions, suspensions, losses, or changes caused by third-party platforms or services. Customers use all products at their own discretion and risk.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
